half way to 365.....

Madilynn has made it half way through her first year of life!

Here's her stats:

Weight 14 lbs 25%

Height 26 in 50%

Here's what she is doing:

-Putting EVERYTHING she can into her mouth

-Sitting up

-Deciding if she likes solid food or not (fruits are easier to shovel in than vegetables.  Even with sweet potatoes it takes a couple spoonfuls for her to finally start opening her mouth)

-Sprouting teeth (we just found her 2 front bottom ones this week)

-Being the funnest person to tickle ever (Every inch of her is ticklish.  Her thighs, her arms, her tummy)

-Taking cat naps (getting this girl to sleep longer than 40 minutes is a rare occurrence)

-Thinking she is ready to stand (I swear she will be walking by 9 months)

-Being a great sister (These two are thick as thieves.  No one brings a smile to Madi's face like Sam.  

Sam pretends to tickle her toes and nibble her tummy.  

She runs circles around her and says, "mommy look.  She likes it." and "I'm just talking to Madi mommy." She will point to madi and say, "that's just my little sista."  It melts my heart.)

-Proving to her dad that she does indeed like him
