The White Coat
So now that Chris has started his clinical rotations, he has to wear his white coat every day. Keep in mind that they make the students wear the dorky, short white coat- to keep them humble I guess. (I think that a bunch of doctors got together and said, how can we make these coats so that they look horrible on whoever wears them. Oh yes, we can make them short and wide and make all the sleeves fit too short and put lots of pockets on it so the students think that they have to fill them with all the books and instruments they will need to impress us.)

im more concerned about all of the bacteria that those coats carry. seriously, those things are disgusting. scotchie's coat get's hung up on one side of the coat closet while everything is crowded onto the other. gross.
LOL Why does every med student have to fill them so full of stuff? Ridiculous!

Love the coat - very impressive ;) Thanks a bunch for helping Chris and letting him crash there - the whole thing turned into a much bigger ordeal than we bargained for, but thank goodness for good friends! I only wish I could've seen you both too!
Oh boy...have I been wrong all these years. I have always told Christophe how handsome he is, but I didn't realize he could take it to a new extreme by adding a Doctor's coat that took a ride on the short bus. Lookin' like a regular lady killer.

I'll have to remember that Dignity means a Long White Coat, and I'll remind Jorge of that when he receives on in a couple of years. For now, though, it's all about humility.
And those polyester beauties are definitely gross gross gross! Jorge has also made it a point not to ever wash his white coat with anything else that we own.

It gets even better as an intern...then you get a LONG white coat with tons MORE pockets and tons MORE crap to carry around...
