So our ward campout was this weekend. Chris had to work both yesterday and today so Sam and I headed up to Camp Zion without him. We were the first ones to arrive (I wanted to make the 1 hour and 45 minute drive worth it so we got up there in the early afternoon) so we went on a hike. It was absolutely the perfect day. She rather enjoyed the backpack (thanks Wendy!) and was so happy, like deliriously happy because after waking up from her 2:30 nap she didn't really go back to sleep until we left around 8:30. There is just something great about mountain air and I think Sam agreed.
