*Thunder Snow*

Add something new to the list of crazy weather events in Missouri: Thunder Snow!! We had never heard of it before today, but this morning when the snow was falling there were loud claps and rumbles of thunder, as if it were a huge rainstorm. It was one of the weirdest weather-related phenomena we've seen since we've been in St. Louis. Apparantly it's kind of normal here...who knew? When you hear it you can count on at least a few inches of snow. So we went from 80ยบ on Sunday to about a foot of thunder snow today. Weird!!!

That is super crazy! I can't believe it already got up to 80 there. For some reason I didn't think it got that hot there, I was excited it got to 70 here. By the way, your blog is really cute!

How weird! The first thing I thought of while reading your post is how much my dad would like to see/hear that. Good ol' Kent & his love of weather :) ha ha It's pretty chilly here right now & it's supposed to snow on Saturday. I want it to be warm so bad!
